I Remember
When I was little and the brief time I spent with my Grandpa on my Dad’s side. My sister and I would sit in our Grandparents living room and he’d come down dressed as Santa and gives us both red velvet bags filled with our gifts. I hope when I get that age I can re-live that tradition with my Grandkids. It’s a memory that will always stick out to me.

Made A Snack
I was hungry, but not too hungry for a big meal. So I took these Italian Herb, and Sea Salt with Olive Oil crackers made by Kebler, and put slices of turkey pepperoni on some, genoa salami on others, and popped them in the toaster for about 10 minutes at 350. After the meat became crispy I topped them with grated pecorino romano cheese.
